How to cancel my subscription?

You are able to start subscription in Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and you need to cancel your subscription depends on payment methods.
Please refer to bleow.

Please be aware that you need to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal date.

[I don't know my payment method. How do I do?]
1. Check FAQ [How to check receipt] > Refer to [Polaris Office Homepage] then see receipt.
2. Check 'Payment Option'
'- If it is 'PayGate' > refer to <Windows>
- If it is 'Android' > refer to <Android>
- If it is 'iTunes' > refer to <Mac> or <iOS>

<Windows>
* You can refer to this steps when you subsribe Polaris Office on our website or Windows app.

1. Open the Polaris Office app or go ahead to www.polarisoffice.com
2. Sign in with paid account
3. Click [Account icon] > Click [Account Settings] > Tab [Payment] > Click [Cancel Subscription]

Finding your automatic payments on the website:
1. Go to https://www.paypal.com/
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Manage automatic payments.
5. Select the merchant.

On this page, you can Cancel the automatic payment and change the payment method.

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Click icon View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
4. On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.
5. Click Edit next to the subscription that you want.
6. Click Cancel Subscription.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

* Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
* Please cancel subscription before renewal date.

1. Go to Settings > tap [your name] > tap Subscriptions.
2. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

* You can also manage subscriptions when you go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
