What is dormant account?

According to Polaris Office's policy,
Polaris Office turn user's account to dormant when account has no sign in history for one year from the last sign in date.
Polaris Office sends notification about dormant account a month before becoming dormant account.
In addition, Polaris Office sends result of dormant account after becoming dormant account.
When the account became to dormant, Polaris Office reset user's drive.
