How do I request a refund?
* The Polaris Office proceeds refund only for payments made within 7 days of the payment date.
If you get a refund, please contact us with a receipt.
1. Access https://www.polarisoffice.com/en/store/orderList.
2. Select the purchased product (Cloud/Lifetime)
3. You can find through the email address where you purchased the product.
(For cloud products, you need to log in to the Polaris Office homepage, and you can check the lifetime product after entering the email and password you wrote on the page at the time of purchase.)
* If you were charged from the Apple, you need to request refund to the Apple
