What is Ads remove service?

If you purchase the Ads remove service, this is one time purchase and you can use the Polaris Office without advertisements for the lifetime, but with one condition.

The Ads remove service is based on the Store you purchased it.
For example, if you purchase it at the Android devices with Google Play Store at the first time, you can use that function when you share the same Google Play Store ID.
If you change your phone to iPhone or iPad which is based on App Store, you can't use the Ads Free service, because you bought it at the Google Play Store, and the App Store is other store.

Also you can use the Polaris Office without advertisement on that device, but you will see the Ads on the PC version.
The Ads remove service is working at the mobile or Tablet PC only.

As long as you share the same ID for the Store between Phone and Tablet PC, you can use the Polaris Office without advertisement.
* But you need to sign in with right ID for the Polaris Office and Store and sometimes you need to try to restore your payment when you sign in at new devices.

1. Sign in to Google Play Store with the Google ID you have subscribed Smart or Pro.
2. Delete Polaris Office and install the app again please. You can download it from Google Play Store.
3. Sign in to Polaris Office.
4. Select the Use Advanced Editing Functions  on top  > Select the 3dot on the top right > Select Use Past Payment Information on top right

[iOS]
1. Sign in to App Store with the Apple ID you have subscribed Smart or Pro.
2. Delete Polaris Office and install the app again please. You can download it from App Store.
3. Sign in to Polaris Office
4. Select the Learn Pro features on top > Select Restore on the top right
