How can I upgrade my subscription from Smart to Pro?
You are able to upgrade to Pro, AI or AI-Plus on our website and you need to cancel the Smart subscription.
[Upgrade to Pro]
1. Go to: "https://www.polarisoffice.com/en/store" and choose the Pro / AI / AI-Plus service (Click the icon).
2. Please click "Purchase" button and it will lead you to sign in.
3. After entering your credit card information, you can upgrade your account to the Pro / AI / AI-Plus.
When you put your credit card information, the transaction for $1.00 will be made.
It is for checking your credit card validity, so that it will be canceled just after we check its validity.
There will be no extra charge, but your next due date will become earlier, and you can use the Pro / AI / AI-Plus plan up to new due date.
In addition, on your next payment date, you will be charged for a Pro / AI / AI-Plus Plan, not a Smart Plan.

Finding your automatic payments on the website:
1. Go to https://www.paypal.com/
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Manage automatic payments.
5. Select the merchant.
On this page, you can Cancel the automatic payment and change the payment method.

2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google account.
3. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
* Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
* Please cancel subscription before renewal date.
