I forgot my Polaris Office password, How can I reset it?

You can reset password and it has all different ways depends on your OS.
Please refer to below to reset your password for each OS.

<Common>
* If you are unable to find Polaris Office password email in your email inbox, please check Spam mail box.
* For security reason, the password reset link is valid only for an hour.
* If you sent reset email multiple times, the latest email is only available.
* ​The password should contain 8 to 20 letters including English characters. (Aa-Zz, 0-9, !#$%&’()*+,-/<=>?@[]^_{|}~)

[PC (Windows/Mac)]
1. At Sign in screen, select 'Find/Set Password' on bottom left corner. (The new web browser will be appeared.)
2. Put your Polaris Office's email address > select 'Send'.
3. An email with reset link will be sent to you email address, which you put above to reset your password.
4. Please reset the password on email with reset link.

[Mobile, Tablet (Android/iOS)]
1. Click 'Sign in'.
2. Click 'Find Password'.
3. Put your registered email address in the Polaris Office and click "Send"
4. Check your e-mail inbox regarding password reset link and then reset your password.
5. Please reset the password on email with reset link.

[Homepage]
1. Go ahead to homepage. www.polarisoffice.com > Select 'Sign in' on top right corner
2. At Sign in screen, select 'Find/Set Password' on bottom left corner.
3. Put your Polaris Office's email address > select 'Send'.
4. An email with reset link will be sent to you email address, which you put above to reset your password.
5. Please reset the password on email with reset link.
