How to change the payment card?

You are able to change card as below.
However, you can change your payment method for user who purchase service on Windows app or our hompage.

※ If you purchased your subscription in Apple app stores and Google Play Stores,
    you can change the card information(payment method) in the app store.

[Homepage]
1. Go to Polaris Office homepage (https://www.polarisoffice.com/en)
2. Sign in with your purchased account.
3. Click account icon > "Account Settings"
4. Go ahead to 'Payments' tab > Change your card information in the "Change Payment Information".

[Windows]
1. Open Polaris Office App > Sign in with paid account > "Account settings"
2. Payments tab > Change your card information in the "Change Payment Information"

* When you change your card information, $1 will be charged and canceled immediately for checking card validation. Actual payment will be proceeded from the next renewal date with your new card.

* You can only change the card information in Polaris Office homepage and PC App.
Andorid or iOS mobile users cannot change the card information in-app.
