My account was registered with random alphate after doing Sign in with Apple. What happen? (What is Hide My Email on Sign in with Apple?)
If you Select 'Sign in with Apple' when you sign in to Polaris Office, you have two options.
One is 'Share My Email', and you can use Polaris Office with your Apple ID.
The other one is 'Hide My Email', you will be registered or signed in to Polaris Office with random email address, and its format is @privaterelay.appleid.com.

1. Choose Apple menu, then click System Preferences.
2. Click Apple ID, then choose Password & Security.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select 'Polaris Office'

1. Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
2. Tap Password & Security.
3. Tap Apps Using Your Apple ID.
4. Select 'Polaris Office'
If you use random email address at Polaris Office, you may receive the email, but you may have difficulty on using Polaris Office.
Polaris Office uses your e-mail address as the ID, and if you sign up with a random email, an ID is created literally in English from the random email.
Therefore, it may be difficult to find your Polaris Office account.
In order to avoid this difficult situation and to use the program more comfortably, we recommend that you change the email format.

1. Run Polaris Office App and Sign in > Select account icon at top left corner, or top right corner > Select 'Account settings'.
2. Change email address > Select 'Save'.
[iOS]
1. Run Polaris Office App and Sign in > Select 3 dot on the top right
2. Select setting > Select you email/name on the top
3. Scroll to the bottom and you are able to change 'Email'.
