How do I merge my multiple accounts?
We are sorry to tell you that the Polaris Office doesn't support merge account function.
If you want to move documents saved in one accounts to another account, we recommend that you to use 'Sync Folder' function as below.
If the documents are saved in My Polaris Drive, you can transfer them easily when you use Sync Folder.
1. Open Polaris Office and sign in with account that you saved documents in.
-Download Polaris Office: https://www.polarisoffice.com/en/download
2. Click '∧' icon on the Windows Task Bar tray, click right side button of the mouse on Polaris Office icon.
3. Click ‘Setting’ icon on the top right corner > Click ‘Settings’ on the menu > Go ahead to 'Sync' menu
4. Tick the 'Sync' ☑, and set the location of Sync Folder,
5. Please sign out after completing sync. (You are able to sign out after finishing sync.)
6. Sign in to the Polaris Office with account that you want to save documents, and upload docs to My Polaris Drive.
