How do I reduce licenses for my team account?

You can reduce team account licenses (reduce team members) by referring to the following.

1. Sign in to the Polaris Office homepage (www.polarisoffice.com/drive) with a master account and select the 'Admin Console' at the top right.

2. Select 'Team Member' in the left

3. Select the gear icon of the team member you want to reduce the license for > Remove team members

* If you reduce team account licenses (reduce team members), you will be billed for the reduced number from the next payment date.
