[iOS] How can I upgrade my subscription from Smart to Pro / AI / AI-Plus?

※ This guide is only for Smart users who have subscribed the Smart from App Store (iPhone or iPad).

You are able to upgrade to Pro / AI / AI-Plus on our website and you need to cancel the Smart subscription.

1. Upgrade to Pro / AI / AI-Plus

1. Go to: "https://www.polarisoffice.com/en/store" and choose the Pro / AI / AI-Plus service (Click the icon).
2. Please click "Purchase" button and it will lead you to sign in.
3. After entering your credit card information, you can upgrade your account to the Pro / AI / AI-Plus.

When you put your credit card information, the transaction for $1.00 will be made.
It is for checking your credit card validity, so that it will be canceled just after we check its validity.

There will be no extra charge, but your next due date will become earlier, and you can use the Pro / AI / AI-Plus plan up to new due date.
In addition, on your next payment date, you will be charged for a Pro / AI / AI-Plus Plan, not a Smart Plan.

If you have subscribed the Pro on the iOS, you don't need to cancel your subscriptions at your iOS devices. (The Payment Option on the receipts is iTunes.)

2. Cancel Smart subscription
