How do I delete files from the recent documents list?

[Windows]

Select recent documents from the left tabs on the home screen > Right-click the desired document and delete it

* Please note that if you select to delete documents from the recent documents list and it is saved within the Polaris Office storage(I.E.: Polaris Drive, Inbox), it will not only be deleted from recent docs list but in that originally saved Polaris Office save location as well.

* Documents that are in recent documents does not affect the memory space on your device in any way.

[Mac]

Select recent documents from the left tabs on the home screen > Right-click the desired document and delete it

* Please note that if you select to delete documents from the recent documents list and it is saved within the Polaris Office storage(I.E.: Polaris Drive, Inbox), it will not only be deleted from recent docs list but in that originally saved Polaris Office save location as well.

* Documents that are in recent documents does not affect the memory space on your device in any way.

* If the storage location of the document is a mac device, when you try to delete the file from the recent documents list, 'Are you sure you want to delete this item? It will only be deleted from the recent documents list.' pop-up will appear saying

You can also delete files from the recent documents list only.

1. On the home screen, select recent documents at the top.
2. In the recent documents list, select the three dots to the right of the document you want to delete > Select delete
3. Select 'Remove from recent documents list' in the pop-up.

* You can only delete files from the recent documents list only when you try to delete them from the 'Recent documents' list.

* Please note that when you select 'Delete files' in the pop-up of '3', not only the list of recent documents, but also files stored in the Polaris Office app, SD Card, and Device Storage (device) are also deleted. In some cases, recovery after deletion may be difficult.

* Files in the recent documents list do not affect the device storage space.

[iOS}

You can also delete files from the recent documents list only.

1. On the home screen, select recent documents at the top.
2. In the recent documents list, select the three dots to the right of the document you want to delete > Select delete
3. Select 'Remove from recent documents list' in the pop-up.
