I want to see which devices are currently connected, and how do I disconnect unused devices?
How do I see which devices I'm using and disconnect devices I'm not using?
To check connected devices and disconnect devices, please check the following information, as it varies depending on the device you are using.
[PC (Windows/Mac)]
1. Launch Polaris Office and log in.
2. Click Account on the left side of the home screen.
3. Click 'Account Information' on the menu that appears.
On the 'Account Information' page, you can check the devices that are currently connected under 'Access Information' below, and disconnect devices that you don't use or don't want to connect by marking the device with an 'X'.
[Mobile, Tablet (Android/iOS)]
1. Launch Polaris Office App and log in.
2. On the home screen, select the account shown above to go to My Page.
3. On the My Page screen, select Account once more to go to the 'Account' page.
4. On the Account page, click the My Devices item.
On the 'My Devices' page, you can see which devices you are currently connected to and disconnect them by selecting the ones you are not using or don't want to connect to and clicking 'Disconnect' below.

Under 'Connection Information', you can see the devices that are currently connected, and you can disconnect unused devices or devices that you don't want to connect by marking 'X'.
