Notice for changing Polaris Office’s Terms of Service

Please kindly note that Terms of Service for Polaris Office changes as below, and we notify its changing detail and schedule.

1. Terms of Service changing detail – Article 15 (Return of Fees)
2. Revision History – Date : 2024-01-29 (UTC+9:00) – Reason for revision : We revised the relevant terms to sell AI Credits as a la carte.

Previous Terms of Service (2023.10.18)

Article 15 (Return of Fees) ③ Return of AI Credits will be processed as follows.

1. If you request a refund without using the paid credit within 7 days from the date of payment for AI credit (in case of subscription withdrawal), you will be refunded the purchase price.
2. If you request a refund after partially using the AI credit within 7 days from the date of payment, the refund will be processed excluding the amount used. However, if the purchase was made at a discounted price, the remaining credit will be refunded at the regular price.
3. If you request a refund after 7 days have passed (exceeded) from the date of payment for AI Credits, a refund will be processed after deducting a penalty of 10% of the purchase price.
4. If you request a refund after partially using the paid credit after 7 days have passed (exceeded) from the date of payment for an AI credit, the refund will be processed after deducting a penalty of 10% of the amount used and the amount purchased, and if you purchased it at a discount, the amount used will be converted to the regular price.
5. Notwithstanding the above, if the remaining credit is 200 credits or less, or if the remaining amount is 0 won or less after deducting the normal price conversion and penalty, no refund will be issued.

Article 15 (Return of Fees) ③ Return of AI Credits will be processed as follows.

5. AI Credits are redeemable for 5 years from the date of payment and will be expired upon expiration.
6. Notwithstanding the above, if the remaining credit is 200 credits or less, or if the remaining amount is 0 won or less after deducting the normal price conversion and penalty, no refund will be issued.
