Regarding double payment on iOS
There have been some cases the duplicated payments were made to paid users (Smart / Pro ) by reactivating the expired subscription at the iOS subscription menu, out of the app.
The in-app payment for paid users is not available, but duplicated payments would be made in unexpected situations such as reactivating expired subscriptions at iOS Setting > Tab 'Name' > Expired on Subscriptions menu.
We are expecting inconvenience to users, so we are letting you know the guide on this matter.
In this situation, the users need to make cancel their subscription and request a refund from Apple first. Then, the users need to contact the Polaris Office Customer Service team and check their account info.
